Delicious home made dish! Super yummi (good luck)

~ Tip/Food of the day ~

Like I told you guys before I am not a big fan of red meat or meat at all.

So this dish is one of my favourite vegetarian/vegan dish. If you like you can cook it for tonight or tomorrow. Super Easy!

What you need is just simple basic

ingredients: (cook everything in a saucepan)

– easy fast cook beans like lentils

– 1 union

– 1-2 potatoes (cut the potato into small pieces)

– 2 garlic (cut it into small pieces)

– Persil (tiny spoon) for the taste

– if you like mix some hot chilli sauce or the chilli it self.

– salt and pepper

Let it cook a little for about 15-20 min. When the lentils/beans are soft then it is ready.

Serve the soup with yogurt or eat it like it is. (If you are vegan/change it to ecological product)
